Ray Mills' GeoDeck Composite Deck, Porch
and Stairs with Fairway Vinyl Railings
(Ray acted as his own General Contractor, buying building materials
and obtaining a homeowner permit. He saved a bundle, too.)

Ray Mills had us design this gorgeous GeoDeck composite deck, porch and stairs with Fairway vinyl railings. It took several iterations but when we got it right, we all knew it was something special. Ray decided to act as his own General Contractor by buying building materials and obtaining a permit himself (all with our help). He also wanted us to frame it so he could install the GeoDeck decking (t&g) and Fairway vinyl railing building materials himself. He saved a LOT of money doing it this way. But don't be fooled... it is still of lot of work to finish a deck and/or screen porch. Just ask Ray.

By the way, check out the low voltage lighting he installed on the railings. Nice touch.
