Ray had me design this lovely deck and screen porch in Dominion Valley Country Club. He used our “Design-at-a-Distance” service. We worked together on several iterations of his Preliminary Deck and Screen Porch Plan until we finally achieved the most deck and screen porch that he could get for his budget. He stretched his dollars more by using our “We Frame – U Finish” service which allowed him to save enough to afford the upgrade to GeoDeck decking with Fairway Vinyl Railings and white vinyl trim. Come back soon when it is complete and we will show you all of this beautiful GeoDeck and Fairway Vinyl Railing deck and screen porch.

It really is a striking deck and porch. Good work, Ray! Please see our references page for Ray’s email address should you care to contact him. Ray is very helpful and quick to give advice concerning a deck and porch and the use of composite deck and railing building materials.Incidentally, to see the final Preliminary Deck and Porch Plan, follow the link. The house is on Arnold Palmer Drive.

This deck design and screen porch design can be seen at our main website (look for Arnold Palmer Drive).Ray Mills had provided us with the Four Things We Need to do a preliminary Deck Design and Screen Porch Design. We worked together over several days until we had achieved the functionality for his deck and porch and the aesthetics that was still within his budget. Not wanting maintenance of his deck and porch, Ray wisely upgraded to GeoDeck decking with Fairway Vinyl Railings and white vinyl trim. The GeoDeck decking is tongue & groove which gives a hidden fastener system for his deck and screen porch at no extra charge. The color is “mahogany”. The railings are white virgin vinyl by Fairway.

Virgin vinyl does not yellow and is the highest grade vinyl available. Always insist upon virgin vinyl.Ray is finishing this project and it is 95% done… but I don’t want to put any more photos up until it is completely finished… so come back soon! Keep up the good work, Ray!Please see our references page for Ray’s email address should you care to contact him. He seemed to enjoy this project and he is very helpful and quick to give advice concerning a deck and porch and the use of composite deck and railing building materials.Again, to see the final Preliminary Deck and Porch Plan, follow the link. The house is on Arnold Palmer Drive.
