Concrete Penetrating Sealers

Welcome to the World of

Permanently Durable and Beautiful Concrete

New Title

Concrete Penetrating Sealer

“Lock Out Moisture: Permanent Internal Waterproofing for Concrete Structures”

Concrete Looks Tough — But It’s Vulnerable

Over time, water sneaks into concrete through tiny pores and cracks. Once inside, moisture leads to mold, mildew, freeze-thaw damage, and crumbling. Most surface sealers wear off, leaving the concrete exposed again. Why? Because a surface sealer can only work on the SURFACE. A surface sealer is subject to traffic, UV damage from the sun, peeling, oxidation, and every other source of concrete issues. Concrete Penetrating Sealer is not a surface sealant. It soaks into the interior, bonding at a molecular level to protect from within.

“It’s not if your concrete will crack and crumble — it’s when. Stop the damage before it
starts with a product that permanently and deeply seals.”

- Dr. A.R. Frankton, Materials Science Consultant

This isn’t just another coating. It’s a deep-reactive formula that travels through the concrete, finds moisture, and forms a permanent waterproof barrier — from the inside out.

NOTE:  Our Concrete Penetration products are currently being submitted for independent evaluation by a Virginia-based civil engineering materials testing laboratory. This testing will compare treated and untreated concrete samples to assess performance characteristics such as water resistance, penetration depth, and structural durability. Results will be published upon completion. In the meantime, all product claims are based on in-house testing, field observations, and historical case studies.
