The following information refers to the deck design above that we designed and built for John and Debbie Lawler in Lorton, Virginia (contact information available upon request). They have graciously agreed to be a reference for us. Feel free to stop by and take a look… but be sure to call ahead first.

As you can imagine from the following photos, their deck is the envy of the neighborhood. The GeoDeck composite decking combined with the Fairway Vinyl Railings looks good, reduces their maintenance to nearly zero… and increases the value of their house.

GeoDeck “mahogany” composite decking with Fairway vinyl standard railing offers a beautiful contrast in composite deck material.

In most cases, the low maintenance Fairway Vinyl Rails are recessed inside the deck floor. This client wanted to maximize space, so we installed the low maintenance Fairway Vinyl Rails on the outside of the deck floor.

Another feature: The Fairway vinyl rail stair bannister is elegant in the round design.

Notice also how the Deck Designer flared the stairs to match the clipped corner of the deck. Nice touch.

Notice the GeoDeck floor has been wrapped in GeoDeckfascia to hide the pressure treated joists and help create a maintenance free deck. The white PVC lattice, framed and trimmed, finishes off the deck.

No more sanding, staining and painting for this homeowner.

As we move around this beautiful composite deck made of GeoDeck decking and vinyl railings by Fairway, notice again how the white vinyl railing and lattice skirting show off the deep, rich mahogany color of the GeoDeck decking.
